Amy Howe, CEO

Amy serves as CEO of FanDuel Group with responsibility for the strategic direction and performance of the company’s core commercial functions across its Sportsbook, Casino, Racing and Daily Fantasy units.

Howe joined FanDuel Group from Live Nation Entertainment where she held several positions of increasing authority culminating as Global Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Ticketmaster, the largest division of Live Nation Entertainment. As COO of Ticketmaster, Howe led the digital transformation and modernization of the company’s ticketing platform doubling its growth in gross ticketing value and growing the mobile app install base by 400%. 

Prior to Live Nation Entertainment, Howe enjoyed a distinguished career as a Partner at McKinsey & Company in Los Angeles where she advised many Fortune 500 clients across a wide range of issues, including growth strategy, restructuring/turnaround, organizational transformation and commercial and operational excellence.

Howe earned her Master’s in Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University.

Christian Genetski, President

Christian serves as President of FanDuel Group, and is responsible for business development, partnership, corporate strategy, and the company’s government affairs efforts.

Previously FanDuel’s Chief Legal Officer, Genetski has played a historic role working with legislators, regulators and industry counterparts across the United States to unlock sports betting in the U.S., build the regulatory framework operators follow, and do so in a manner that positioned FanDuel for success. Genetski navigated the company and the Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS) industry through a series of existential regulatory challenges, driving an effort that ultimately legalized and regulated DFS in more than 20 states to build a bridge for the company’s entry into sports betting and i-gaming following the repeal of PASPA by the United States Supreme Court in 2018. Since 2018, he has led industry efforts to open mobile sports betting in 15 states and put mobile sports betting on the ballot in California this November. Genetski’s tenure is also highlighted by his leadership in securing FanDuel’s market access footprint, including ground-breaking market access partnerships with professional sports franchises, as well as the official partnerships the company enjoys with the NBA, NFL, NHL and PGA TOUR.

Prior to joining FanDuel, Genetski was Senior Vice President and General Counsel of the Electronic Software Association (ESA), the U.S. trade group for the video game industry, a partner in AmLaw 50 law firms, and a co-founder of his own boutique firm. Genetski also served as a federal prosecutor in the Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section of the U.S. Department of Justice. He holds a B.A. from Birmingham-Southern College and earned his J.D. from the Vanderbilt University School of Law.

Christian is a big D.C. sports fan of the Nationals, Capitals and Wizards, but his first sports love is the Alabama Crimson Tide.

Mike Raffensperger, Chief Commercial Officer

Mike is FanDuel Group’s Chief Commercial Officer, overseeing commercial operations and revenue generation across the company’s sportsbook, casino, racing, daily fantasy and free-to-play platforms. In addition, he has oversight for FanDuel’s content and programming assets including the company’s broadly distributed cable network TVG. Previously FanDuel’s Chief Marketing Officer, Raffensperger continues to steer the company’s marketing units, forming a more cohesive structure. During his tenure as CMO, Raffensperger’s leadership helped fuel the explosive growth and market share dominance FanDuel enjoys today. In that time, the company has surpassed its competitors in nearly every major market despite significantly less marketing investment while delivering far superior unit economic performance. This success has been powered by an agile customer acquisition strategy, disciplined approach to media and a keen eye for disruptive talent that has seen the company smartly leverage for commercial success. Raffensperger has made FanDuel a leading advocate for responsible gambling launching bespoke advertising and signing a historic agreement with Craig Carton to serve as the company’s first Responsible Gaming Ambassador.

Prior to FanDuel, Mike was the Head of Marketing for Amazon Advertising. In this role, he led a new initiative pairing live and on-demand video with e-commerce and was responsible for overall brand management, multi-platform distribution, viewership growth and monetization strategy. Before joining Amazon, Mike was Director of Digital Marketing & Strategy for DIRECTV, where he was responsible for all digital communications and commerce, including the launch of SundayTicket.TV, the first-ever over-the-top NFL streaming subscription service.

Mike holds a B.B.A in Mass Media from Messiah College and is a standing fellow with Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism. He is also a board member of Mobile Marketing Association (MMA) the global trade marketing association DPAA Brand Board.

Mike is a passionate and die-hard New York Giants fan.

Andy Giancamilli, Chief Operating Officer

Andy is FanDuel Group’s Chief Operating Officer, with responsibility for driving the company’s technology platform and retail operations across its Sportsbook, Fantasy, Racing and Casino units. Giancamilli also has oversight of the company’s security, fraud and data infrastructures that support its operations.

Prior to joining FanDuel, Andy was Vice President, Pricing at Toys R Us. In this capacity, Andy oversaw pricing strategies and inventory management to ensure the company hit margin and gross profit goals. Before joining Toys R Us, Giancamilli was a Director at Ross Stores, where he was responsible for the implementation of cross-functional projects across the organization. He began his career as a consultant at McKinsey & Company.

Giancamilli earned his MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and holds a BBA from the University of Michigan.

Andy is a devout fan of the Maize and Blue his alma mater and not “that school down south.”

Andrew Sheh, Chief Technology Officer

Andrew serves as Chief Technology Officer of FanDuel Group, responsible for the oversight of all FanDuel’s technology and engineering functions. This includes leadership of all the global teams across software development, IT, security, data, and platform teams.

Prior to joining FanDuel, Andrew was SVP of Engineering at Compass where he led several large engineering teams across Data, Payments, Marketing Tech, Video, Digital Ads, and AI globally. Before Compass, Sheh was a CTO at Remine, Technical Lead at Palantir Technologies, and Director of Innovation at CEB Global.

Andrew earned his Bachelors and Masters Degree in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in NY.

As a Boston native, is a passionate and devoted fan to the Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots and is ok being surrounded by the rival team fans in the executive team.

Carolyn Barth Renzin, Chief Legal and Compliance Officer

Carolyn is the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer of FanDuel Group. In that role, Carolyn oversees legal, risk, regulatory engagement, compliance and responsible gaming for the company. Her team ensures that FanDuel Group is the industry leader for customer safety, security and compliance. Prior to taking on the Chief Legal Officer role, Carolyn served as FanDuel's Chief Risk and Compliance Officer.

Before joining FanDuel, Carolyn was an Assistant General Counsel at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., where she worked as a regulatory litigator after the financial crisis and in the Office of the General Counsel building out the bank’s legal function. Carolyn joined JPMC from compliance consulting and investigations firm Guidepost Solutions, where she worked with companies under regulatory scrutiny to enhance their compliance functions. Before Guidepost, Carolyn was a partner at the boutique law firm Stillman, Friedman & Shechtman, where her practice focused on litigation and regulatory enforcement. She began her career as a law clerk to the Hon. Ronald M. Gould on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and then as a litigation associate at Simpson Thacher and Bartlett.

Carolyn holds a B.A. from Wesleyan University and a J.D. magna cum laude and Order of the Coif from the University of Michigan Law School, where she served as an editor of the Michigan Law Review.

Originally from New England but married to a New Yorker, Carolyn jokes that she cannot share her sports team affiliations at the dinner table!

David Jennings, Chief Financial Officer

David serves as the Chief Financial Officer of FanDuel Group, responsible for oversight of all of FanDuel’s finance functions, including financial planning and analysis (FP&A), strategy, accounting, procurement, tax, and treasury in support of the company’s Sportsbook, Casino, Racing, Daily Fantasy, Retail and corporate functions.

Prior to joining FanDuel Group, David was the Group Director of Investor Relations and FP&A at FanDuel’s parent company, Flutter Plc, where he also led the Corporate Development team for a period. Before joining Flutter, David was an equity research analyst, first at Goldman Sachs Asset Management and then at J&E Davy, where his research focus was principally on the gaming industry and, in particular, the rise of online and mobile wagering.

David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business from Trinity College Dublin. Now that he has joined a US company, he is on a journey to figure out his sports fandom in the States.

Sarah Butterfass, Chief Product Officer

Sarah is FanDuel Group’s Chief Product Officer responsible for driving platform innovations the company has become synonymous for in sports-tech. This includes leadership of a world-class product development organization comprised of product managers, researchers, user interface (UI), user experience (UX), designers, data scientists and analysts.

Sarah brings more than 20 years of experience leading product organizations and overseeing new product launches with a focus on customer engagement. She most recently served as Chief Product Officer at Groupon, where she oversaw the company’s global product organization. Before joining Groupon, Sarah was Senior Vice President and Head of Customer Experience at E*Trade. Prior to that, she held a variety of product leadership roles at Orbitz.

Sarah earned her Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management and her Bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University.

As a Chicago native, Sarah is a loyal and passionate fan of her alma mater the Northwestern Wildcats as well as the beloved Chicago Cubs.

Tricia Alcamo, Chief People Officer

Tricia serves as the Chief People Officer of FanDuel Group with responsibility for accelerating FanDuel’s People strategy reflecting the company's extraordinary growth trajectory. Tricia leads the company's human resources organization inclusive of culture development, talent acquisition, diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I), organizational effectiveness, employment branding, learning and development, compensation, and employee benefits in service to the company's sportsbook, casino, racing, daily fantasy, retail and corporate functions.

Tricia is a seasoned human resources executive who, prior to joining FanDuel Group, served as Group Vice President of Human Resources for Spectrum Enterprise, a leading national provider of scalable fiber technology solutions and a part of Charter Communications. Before Spectrum Enterprise, Tricia honed her skills at American Express, where she held a series of progressively senior positions across multiple HR functions. Prior to American Express, Tricia spent her early career as a management consultant with Deloitte.

Tricia has been recognized for her innovative and progressive approaches to changing work environments during her career. In 2020, Multichannel News awarded her their prestigious "Wonder Woman" award, and CableFax Magazine named her one of the "Most Powerful Women in Cable" in 2018. She was also honored in 2015 by Working Mother Magazine as "Working Mother of the Year."

Tricia earned her Bachelor of Arts in English and American Studies from Princeton University. While not a rabid sports fan growing up, Tricia is diving into the sports world with her role at FanDuel.
