Positive Fantasy Sports Bill Passes Tennessee Legislature

Today, a bill that would regulate and legalize daily fantasy sports in Tennessee passed the state Senate by a vote of 27-2. The Tennessee House passed the bill late on Monday and it will now head to the Governor’s desk. Please find FanDuel’s statement on the bill passing the TN legislature below:
