Response to CA Bill Passing in State Assembly

“Last year, we called for smart, strong regulations to protect consumers and modernize laws to keep up with the evolution and growth of fantasy sports. The California Assembly has taken a sensible approach here to regulate fantasy sports and we are seeing similar progress in state legislatures across the country, with legislation validating daily fantasy sports expected to move in more than 20 states this session.
