Update for Delaware Users

Update for Delaware Users

To our users in Delaware:

We have some important news to share regarding FanDuel contests for players in Delaware.

We believe FanDuel has always operated within the law in Delaware. The Delaware Attorney General, however, recently demanded that we cease offering our paid fantasy sports contests in Delaware. Accordingly, pursuant to an agreement with the Delaware Attorney General’s Office, we will no longer offer paid contests in the state as of today. Users will still be able to participate in free head to head challenges and leagues and, as has always been the case, users in Delaware can withdraw their funds at any time.

We are continually working to clarify the law and look forward to working with legislators to enact consumer protections so that we can bring our paid contests back to Delaware sports fans once again. In the meantime, please show your support by going to https://fantasysportsforall.com/connect/delaware and let your elected officials know how much you enjoy playing fantasy sports.

Thank you for your support,
FanDuel
