Updates to Withdrawal Process

As we continue to improve processes for verifying user identifications to ensure we are protecting all players, we have been rolling out new identification processes for withdrawals. Moving forward, all users who request a withdrawal (by check or PayPal) of any amount will be asked to verify their identity once, and will now be asked to enter their date of birth, social security number, and full address. If you have provided us your tax details in the past, we may ask you to re-verify within our new verification system.

As a result, we understand there may be delays in how fast withdrawals are being processed and thank you for your patience.
